1. Original name:‘Suzhou Jenitek Precision Device Co., Ltd‘, is now changed to ‘Suzhou Jenitek Medical Co., Ltd’.

2. The business entity and legal relationship will remain unchanged after the name change of the company. All business of the original company will be operated by the new name company after the change. All business documents (including but not limited to contracts, letters, certificates, letters of commitment, etc.) occurred in the original company name will continue to be valid. The original business relationship and service commitment will remain unchanged.
